Our goal is long-term cooperation with our customers. It is therefore a matter close to our hearts to transparently clarify all open questions before the start of the project.
How do I know if CRO is profitable for me?
Before we start the first test, we do the math. Based on your data (traffic, AOV, current CR), we'll show you the potential in black and white. If the lever is too small, we'll tell you that openly. We only start when the business case is there for you (and us).
How much time does my IT have to plan for? We're completely closed.
Virtually none. We bring our own developers who specialize in Shopify and Shopware. We work using a testing tool and incorporate our changes into the test. Your IT only needs to integrate the snippet once — from then on, we'll take over the entire implementation without blocking your team. Only in coordinated individual cases, when we intervene with the basic functions, may we need your team.
What happens if a test loses? Will I still pay the full fixed sum?
Yes, because a “lost” test is the cheapest insurance in the world. It saved you from having to hardcode an expensive feature into the shop core that would have permanently reduced your sales. We buy valuable knowledge to build the next winning tests even more precisely.
